Salmon patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon (about 14.75 oz)13 (approx.) saltine crackers1 whole egg2-3 cloves garlic, minced2 tbs. onion, mincedsalt and pepperNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
Empty can of salmon into medium sized bowl. Crush saltines into bowl. Add egg, garlic, onion and salt and pepper if you choose. Mix until just blended. Pat out mixture into 10-12 patties. Spray non-stick skillet with non-fat cooking spray and "fry" patties until crisp on both sides (turning once). Yield: 10-12 patties.
