Butter Beans and Tomato

Ingredients
Tinned butter beansJuices from a roast chickenWhole cherry tomatoesFresh herbs and ground pepperSome white wine
Directions
Tip the juices from the chicken roasting pan (or put the stock and gravy) into a saute pan.
Heat and add a tin of beans (including the water).
Stir in the whole baby tomatoes, herbs and pepper.
Heat fast while you carve the chicken.
Add a half cup of chardonnay.
When the juices are syrupy, serve as a side with the chicken.
