Chocolate Shake (Low Carb/Cal)

2 cups Carb Countdown 2% Milk1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding2 cups crushed ice
Pour milk into blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate up to several hours. Stir before serving (mixture will thicken, add more milk to thin).
Makes four 1/2 cup servings.
OPTIONS/VARIATIONS:
-- Add 1 ripe banana peeled and cut into chunks.
-- Use vanilla pudding.
