Multi-veggie Slaw

Ingredients
1 Cup each ofRed CabbageBeetsRadishesCarrotsCelerya few spears of asparagus6 TBS of Mayo or to taste or use your favorite organic ranch dressing.
Directions
Combine these vegetables after shredding them in a food processor or mincing them by hand. Add the mayo or dressing and combine thoroughly and enjoy!

You may use any veggies (and even some fruits) that you and your family enjoy. We vary each time to make it different and healthier.
