Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice1 small chicken breast (no skin, no bone)1 egg1/2 cup broccoli1/4 cup peas2-4 baby carrots1/4 cup mushroom1/8 cup soy sauce
Directions
Cook brown rice. Set aside. Cook chicken breast (grill, stir fry, whatever). Set aside. Fry egg. Set aside. Add water to wok or pan and cook all vegetables until desired tenderness. While the vegetables are cooking, cut chicken and egg into pieces. Once water has boiled off, add rice, soy sauce, chicken, and egg. Cook until heated. Voila!

I divided it in half.
