Vegetable Turkey Stew

Ingredients
1# 93% lean ground turkey3 cups chicken broth5 small carrots, sliced1 green pepper, chopped3 tsp garlic, minced12 oz grape tomatoes, sliced thick1 cup celery, diced1-1/2 cups onion, chopped2 cups broccoli, chopped1 cup cauliflower, chopped1 tbsp black pepper2/3 cup quick barley
Directions
Begin to brown turkey in a large dutch oven. When turkey is about halfway browned, add celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Continue to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in grape tomatoes, green pepper, chicken broth and pepper. Continue to cook until veggies are tender. Approximately 30 minutes. During last 10 minutes, add in the 2/3 cup of barley and cover.
