Creamy White Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 can Great Northern (white) beans, rinse to lower sodium1 medium onion, chopped5 cloves garlic, choppedlemon juice to taste (I used about a 1/2 oz)Pam
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of juice from can into food processor.
Rinse/drain beans.
Spray skillet with Pam, add onions/garlic.
Saute over medium heat just until veggies begin to sweat and soften.
Add veggies to food processor, and process.
Add bean, process until smooth.
Add lemon juice, mix well.
Makes 6 1/4 cup servings.
Serve with celery sticks and red pepper strips for a filling snack or side dish. Vegetables for dipping not included in the nutrition information.
