Peach Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. Peaches, sliced2 c. Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened)1/4 c. Granulated Sugar1 T. Cornstarch1 tsp. ground nutmeg2 c. Bisquik Heartsmart Pancake and Baking Mix1/2 c. Plain Soy Milk3 T. 50/50 butter blend Smart Balance2 T. Brown Sugar, packed
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Lightly butter bottom and sides of 2-quart casserole.

Mix peaches, berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in large bowl. Let stand ten minutes. Spoon into casserole.

Stir together remaining ingredients until dough forms. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is deep golden brown and thoroughly baked.
