Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 4 large * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup * Flour, white, 2.25 cup * Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 12 tbsp (3/4 cup) * Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 cup * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp * Baking Powder, 2.25 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Mix eggs & sugar until thick, about 1 minute (no longer). Add remaining ingredients mixing until smooth.

Bake in a greased & floured 13 x 9 inch pan for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.

Makes 24, 2 x 2 inch pieces (approx.)

    Really yummy cake and easy to make, although I didn't see a temperature to put it on at so I did 350° for a while longer. I'm sure there are lots of ways to cut the calories out of it with substitutions! - 1/30/15
