Asparagus, Tofu & Cabbage Stir Fry

1 tbs extra virgin olive oil1 bunch asparagus (approx 15 stalks)2/5 block tofu1 medium onion2 cups shredded cabbage 2 tbs Rice vinegar2 tbs Lite Soy Sauce + extra to marinate tofuGarlic powder and seasoning to taste
Drain and press tofu
Marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes
Coat pan with olive oil
Add asparagus and onion, cook until starting to get tender
Add tofu and cabbage
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and seasonings
cook until all is tender
