1/2 quart Knudsen Pineapple Coconut juiceOne block Mori-nu soft silken tofuOne can coconut milk 2 T whole dried greenie powder of your choice (Spirulina, algae, barleygrass)2 T lemon-flavored codliver oil
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender and blend. If you want, you can freeze them into pops. Freezing may destroy some nutrients, but then, it may also mean your kid will actually eat more of it.
