Italian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey Breast1 medium onion, chopped4 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp Parsley, chopped*1 tsp Basil, chopped*1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped*2-3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper* Sometimes I use tubes of herb paste. I find them in the produce section of my grocery store. There is an Italian version that has all of the listed herbs included in the mixture.
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the onions and garlic until both are tender. Let the mixture cool. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Once the onion mixture cools, combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Portion the turkey mixture into 4 patties. I like to grill my turkey burgers. About 5 minutes on each side.
