1- 32oz. Carton of College Inn Light & Fat Free Chick. Broth1- Box (6.21 oz.) Mrs. Grass Soup Mix w/Extra Noodles1 tbsp. Dried Parsley1 tbsp. Black Pepper3c. Water1c. Chopped Carrots1c. Chopped White Onion1c. Chopped Celery2- Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts w/ Fat Trimmed
In a crock-pot/slow cooker, pour in chicken broth, and entire contents of boxed soup mix seasoning (keep noodles aside-for later). Add water, parsley and black pepper. Stir with spoon. Add chopped veggies and stir again. Place chicken on top and cover with lid. Cook on HIgh for about 4hrs. (You may cook on low for longer). Once the chicken is cooked thoroughly and is no longer pink, pull out chicken with a fork and place on a plate. Shred chicken on plate using 2 forks. Then place shredded chicken back into slow cooker and pour in the box soup noodles and stir. Continue to cook for an additional 20min.-until noodles are tender. Soup is ready when chicken is cooked and vegetables are at the firmness of your liking! Enjoy!
