Ingredients
6 cups Zucchini2 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes1 raw onion2 tbsp olive oill tbsp Smart Balance Spreadcut peppers into strips
Directions
Cut zucchini and onion. Heat oil add onion zucchini, tomatoes and peppers. Cook until tender then add Smart Balance. Makes 6 1 cup servings.
