Apple Raisin Protein Bars

1 1/2 cup instant oats3 scoops whey protein1/4 cup granulated sugar1 Tbsp honeypackage of raisinetshandful of chopped walnuts2 egg whites3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 1/1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, grease (pam for baking with flour) 9 x 9 pan.
Combine all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl, and stir in raisinets and walnuts. Then add wet ingredients and stir until just combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 22 - 26 minutes.
Mix up the ingredients (flavored applesauce, different fruit/nut/chocolate mix...)
