Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1.5 cup whole oats.5 cup milk.25 cup melted butter.50 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 egg1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Vanilla Extract3/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degree for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm

    Tasted wonderful! I added cinnamon. It was a little dry, but this may have been because I refridgerated it overnight before I baked it. I will be making some kind of baked oatmeal again! - 2/13/10
