Hummus, lean

Ingredients
1 large clove garlic1 can chickpeas, drained (save some liquid)2 T. fresh lemon juice3 T. tahini2 t. sesame oil2 T. nonfat plain yogurt1/2 t. cumin1 t. salt
Directions
Process garlic. Add beans and process 30 seconds. With processor running, add lemon juice, tahini, sesame oil, yogurt, cumin and salt through the feed tube. Process until smooth. If too thick add more yogurt or thin with a little bean liquid. Use with pita chips, in rolled sandwiches or even warm on pasta.
