3 pork chops, blade or pork loin2 cups flour (for dredging)saltpepper1 cup canola oil, for browning
coat each chop in mix of flour, salt and pepper, brown in canola oil on both sides, place on drip pan of broiler pan and finish in oven for 30 minutes on 325. Nutrition facts based on use of 2 tsp of canola oil being absorbed and 1 cup flour coating pork chop.
