Chicken Scampi

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 4 tsp Chicken, breast, eight 3 oz servingsGarlic, 12 clove - dicedWhite Wine, 2/3 cupSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tbsp Parsley, 1/2 cup *Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken (cut up into 1 oz. strips), saute until white about 2 minutes or so. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Stir in white wine, salt and pepper; bring mixtured to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cook 30 seconds. Add parsley and lemon juice; toss well to coat. Cook 1 minute or until chicken is done.

Serve over whole wheat pasta (additional nutrition information required)
