Mexican Stuffed Peppers

4 Bell peppers, tops cut off and insides removed1 can whole tomatoes in sauce1 6 oz. can tomato paste2 cups krispy rice cereal (unsweetened)cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder to taste
boil peppers in rapidly boiling water for 10 minutes and drain.
Cook turkey with seasonings (using non fat cooking spray) until no longer pink.
Add tomatoes crushing with spoon and tomato paste.
Add cereal and mix thoroughly.
Put filling into peppers and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Top with a bit of cheese and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
