Ingredients
1. One extra large egg.2. One egg white3. 2 Tbs. 2% small curd cottage cheese
Directions
1. Whip all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
2. Heat small frying pan on stove and spray with Pam.
3. Pour mixture into stove and then make them like how you would normally make scrambled eggs.
