Spinach Saag

Ingredients
5 c spinach.5 c chopped onionminced garlic to taste.5 c chopped tomato2 T fat free sour creamCurry to taste
Directions
cook the onion and garlic with the curry. After onions are done to your satisfaction add the tomato, cook for about 5-10 minutes, add the spinach cook to your satisfaction add the sour cream, mix it all up and then serve!

I use no oils simply adding water as needed to keep the onions and whatnot from sticking.
