Okinawa Doughnuts

Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten3/4 cup milk3/4 tsp vanilla2 cups sugar4 cups flour3 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oil in pan to fry or deep fryer (350 degrees).

Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Drop rounded spoonfuls, or formed round balls, into oil. Fry until doughnut surfaces and is golden brown.
