Ingredients
2.5 cups grilled chicken breasts cubed1 16. oz box Rotini (or pasta of choice)3 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light3 tbsp. white flour3 cups fat free milk1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. dried basil1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1 tbsp. fat free milk
Directions
Cube grilled chicken set aside.

Put on a large saucepan of water, bring to a boil and add pasta. When the pasta is almost done add one chicken bouillon cube and chicken and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and drain, DO NOT rinse, put back into the saucepan.

While the pasta is cooking prepare the sauce:

Over medium heat melt 3 tbsp. butter in a sauce pan and add flour. Stir until combined and then add basil, salt and pepper. Slowly add 3 cups of milk using a whire whisk to stir. When it starts to thicken some add 1/3 cup of the parmesan cheese. Mix 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tbsp. milk in a cup and add to the sauce to thicken. Remove from heat and pour over the pasta and chicken in the large saucepan. Sprinkle the remainder of the parmesan cheese on top and serve.

I served this with garlic bread and a side salad.

Makes 12 1 cup servings.
