Ingredients
6c thin sliced bok choy12 oz linguine pasta1/2 tbs. olive oil2 chicken breast sliced1 red bell pepper sliced1 head broccoli1/2 c. bottled stir fry sauce korean teriyaki sauce
Directions
cook pasta 5-7 min firm tender). Heat oil cook chicken and remove. Put in pepper and 1/4 c water, broccoli in skillet. Bring to simmer, cover and cook 4-5 min. until veg are crisp-tender. add chicken and sauce stir in just until hot. remove 1/3 c. pasta cooking water. then drain pasta with boc choy. return to pasta and bok to pot. Add chicken mixture and pasta water and toss serve immediately. makes 8 1-1/2 cup servings.
