Creamy cucumbers

Ingredients
3 cups of peeled sliced cucumebers.1 tbs of salt2 tbs of Fat free mayo0.25 of non fat milk
Directions
Peel and slice cucumbers to desired thickness. Place each piece in food strainer. Salt each layer as you go. Let cucumbers sit for 20-30 minutes in sink and then squeeze water and salt out of veggies. Put cucumbers nto medium bowl and mix in mayo and milk. Refridgerate until chilled. Serve!!!!

    I'm glad you like them! I kow it looks like a ton of sodium but you squeeze it out so i think this tracker is crazy!!!
