Eggs & Turkey Texican Style

300 gr Turkey breast meat2 Eggs, fresh, (medium)1 Tbsp Canola Oil3.38 oz.Texicana sauce (Maggi)
1. Cut the turkey breast in stripes.
2. In a non-stick pan, stir fry it in the oil. Add some water and cover for about 5 minutes, so it's cooking good and the meat stays soft.
3. When it's almost ready, put the 2 eggs in and move until eggs are done.
4. Put on a plate and cover the top with Texicana sauce (Mexican spicy tomato sauce).
5. That was it!
