Ingredients
(double batch):3 packages of yeast6 cups lukewarm water3 Tbsp. salt13 cups flour
Directions
Mix yeast, salt and water. Add flour, one cup at a time, allowing to mix. Dough will be loose. Do not knead. Allow to rise 2-5 hours. Stick in refrigerator. After 30 minutes, you can shape your first loaf. I put mine in a loaf pan, but you can also sprinkle cornmeal on a cookie sheet or pizza stone to make a boule. Shape dough, cook 450* for 30 minutes.
