Miniature Candy Bar Cheesecake

7 Oreos1.5T Brummel and Brown8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese.5 c sugar1t vanilla1 egg2 Reese's cups1 Hershey Bar2T Peanut Butter
Crush the oreos in a food processor (or a Ziploc bag with a hammer). Mix with melted Brummel and Brown, press into a small loaf pan (3x8?)
Mix cream cheese (softened), sugar, and vanilla. Once creamy beat in egg. Coarsely chop Reese's and stir in the cheesecake mixture. Spread the peanut butter over the crust layer, then spread the cheesecake layer. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (gas oven).
Break Hershey bar along the natural breaks and arrange on cheesecake. Spread once it has melted a bit.
Makes 8 servings.
