Baked pototoes with baked beans, ham and cheese

Ingredients
6 large potatoes500g ham1 can baked beans1 can chopped tomatessunflower oil
Directions
Rub some of oil over the potatoes and bake in a hot oven (200C) for an hour or until cooked.
In a pan mix a little oil, ham, tomatoes and baked beans together, with seasoning of your choice.
Once potatoes are cooked, cut a cross into each potato and open slightly. Share the ham mix between the potatoes, and sprinkle with the cheese. Place back in oven so the cheese can melt.
Serve with salad, or on its own.
