Curried Tuna Salad

Ingredients
4 Tbls low fat mayonaise (may use 1/2 no-fat greek yogurt to reduce fat content)1 Tbl good curry powder2 cans drained solid white tuna in water1 hard-boiled egg, diced2 stalks celery, diced1/4 cup cooked frozen sweet peas1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
Directions
Combine first two ingredients well.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Serve on whole grain bread.
For special treat, place one slice low-fat cheddar on top and broil until bubbly
