Peanut Butter, creamy (or chunky if you want), unsalted(Preferably no trans fat and 100% natural if you don't mind stirring! This is what I have used here.)Honey (any will do, I used the regular store brand)Whole wheat bread (or really any bread of your choice)
Put coating of peanut butter on one slice of bread. [Thin or thick coating, your choice but remember the thicker it is the nutritional facts change too. Granted more protein if it is thicker.]
Put thin coating of honey on the other slice. [You could put a thick coating on, but then it is more likely to spike your sugar levels.]
Put slices together and enjoy!
