Cilantro Lime Pesto

Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped (about 2 cups)4 large cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil4 tbsp pine nuts1 tsp salt1 tbsp Boscoli Italian Olive SaladJuice from a Key lime (about 2 tablespoons)1/4 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor reserving the water and oil for later. Add the water and pulse until well mixed. Slowly add the olive oil and pulse until creamy. Adjust salt to taste.
