Ingredients
5 Medium Red Potatoes1/4 Cup Half and Half1/4 Cup Non-Fat Milk1 Tbsp Butter1 Tbsp Salt1 Tsp Pepper
Directions
Cut potatoes in half and boil for 20-30 minutes. Drain potatoes and add cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash everything together. The amount of salt and pepper you add, depends on your taste. Serve immediately. Makes approximately 4 one cup servings.
