Ingredients
*Sou Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup *Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tspOregano, ground, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tspParsley, dried, 1 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Preaheat large UNOILED frying pan (griddle, whatever). Mix the flours with the herbs thoroughly. Add the water (warmed and add 3/4 c first to see how it goes before adding the rest), mix well. Dump out onto a clean surface and knead for a couple of minutes. Separate into 12 balls (24 if you wish for smaller tortillas). With a rolling pin roll flat and into about 10-12" rounds. Cook until bubbling (if pan is ideal it should take about 30 seconds, give or take a few) flip, should only need to cook for about 15 seconds on the other side. Repeat until all are done!

These tortillas are very nummy and resist crumbling when rolled up around your fillings!
