Ginger Tofu Dessert

Ingredients
1 block firm tofu (plain)1 cup coconut milk1/3 cup water1 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh ginger1 Tbsp sugar (or golden sugar)
Directions
Very thinly slice about 1" ginger. Combine ginger, coconut milk, and water in a sauce pan. Heat on low until it is barely simmering. Place COLD slices of tofu on a desert dish. Pour over hot coconut milk and serve immediately. It's the contrast of hot and cold that makes this interesting.
