Ingredients
2 Cans Tomato Sauce2 Cans Diced Tomatoes2 Cans Kidney Beans2 lbs Ground, Deer Meat, browned & drained2 Tbs Chili Powder or to tasteClove of Garlic, mincedDiced Onion & Bell Pepper to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
*Dice onion & bell pepper and cook with ground deer meat.
*In stock pot, pour tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans & garlic.
*Add cooked, drained deer meat with onion & bell pepper.
*Add chili powder, salt & pepper to taste.
*Simmer for about 45 min.

Yield: about 12 servings- 1 Cup each

    I made this recipe but cut it in half as well. I also didn't use tomato sauce or chili powder and used chili ready tomatoes instead. It is really good! - 10/20/09
