Rumbamel's Quick Chicken and Beans

Ingredients
-100g chopped onion-1t minced garlic-1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed-1 can 15.25 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed-1 can 15.25 oz corn, drained and rinsed-1 can 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes undrained-1 T cumin-8 oz diced cooked chicken already seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder (I had this on hand, but you can make this or add the seasonings as you like)
Directions
--Chop onions and add to a large pot with the garlic. Saute until tender. Add the rinsed ingredients and stir. Add the tomatoes, chicken and cumin and stir again. Cover and cook over med/low for about 5-7 min. or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

--Makes 8 servings of 1 C each.
