Ingredients
1.5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt1 cup orange juice1 whole banana (cut into sections)1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened) = about 10ice cubes
Directions
Combine 1.5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup orange juice, strawberries, and a banana in a blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth. Makes 3 servings of about a cup apiece.
