Yummy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1skinless chicken breast, shreaded or chopped1 small bunch seedless grapes1 scallion, finely choppedhealthy dash dried or fresh dill2 tbs mayo (regular)1/2 medium apple, diced (skin on)1 rib celery (small)
Directions
Halve the grapes, chop up all other ingredients, and mix together with mayo. Let sit overnight, and the scallions and dill will give you a big burst of flavor!

I love this salad over a big handful of fresh baby spinach.
