Banana, Date, and Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1. 2 cups whole wheat flour2. 3/4 cup sugar3. 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats4. 1 tsp. baking powder5. 1/2 tsp. baking soda6. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon7. 1-1/4 cups mashed bananas ( about 3 )8. 3/4 cup Fiber One Vanilla Yogurt9. 1/3 cup Promise activ light buttery spread, melted10. 1 tsp. vanilla extract11. 1/3 coarsely chopped walnuts3/4 cup chopped pitted dates
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
3. In medium bowl, combine bananas, eggs, yogurt, Promise® Buttery Spread and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture just until combined. Stir in walnuts and dates.
4. Spoon batter into prepared pan, mounding slightly. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.

Makes 12 muffins or 24 mini muffins.
