1 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp sesame oil1/4 tsp soy sauce1/4 tsp rice vinegar3 cloves garlicbag of precut brocolli slawbunch of broccoli, chopped1 red pepper, sliced1 cup sliced mushrooms
Heat oils and soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss in broccoli, stirring for a couple of minutes. Toss in the remaining veggies and heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles. (Not included in nutritional count)
