1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not the instant quick cooking)1 container (any 100 calorie flavor) Yoplait light yogurt1 serving Ocean Spray cherry flavor craisins2 tbsp. (or 3) 1% milk
The night before you plan to eat this breakfast, get a medium size bowl and put 1/2 cup of oats, then the yogurt, and mix together well. Add in your craisins (or dried fruit of choice) and mix well again. Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to the mix just to give it a little more moisture. Cover and refrigerate overnight, enjoy the next morning. This recipe will only yield 1 serving.
