Lena's Easy Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground turkey1 egg1 onion, chopped1 Cup non-fat milk1 Cup dried bread crumbs2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute2 Tbsp prepared mustardsalt & pepper to taste1/3 Cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Season with salt & pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5" x 9" loaf pan.
In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour.
Yields 8 servings.
