6 medium potatoes sliced thinly3 medium sweet peppers chopped1 large onion chopped6 Cups Approx. zuchinni chopped1 lb. Ground Turkey 93% lean Browned2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbls Italian Seasoning Herbs1 Tbls Nature's Season Seasoning
Wash and chop vegetables, place in large bowl. Brown Ground Turkey. Mix with Veggies. Toss with Olive Oil and seasonings. Put in a large baking dish. Cover with Foil. Bake at 325 for approx. 60 min. or until veggies are tender.

Made this for dinner tonight, DELICIOUS meal! I used 99%/1% ground turkey and I added 1 can cream of celery soup mixed with can full of skim milk. Then topped with low fat mozzarella cheese the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Served with side of low fat cottage cheese. YUMMMMM! Hubby even enjoyed! - 3/25/13
