Hamburger & Rice

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef3 cloves garlic, crushed1 red pepper chopped1/2 of a large onion chopped2 stalk celery chopped8 oz. pckg. mushrooms sliced1 cup Wild Rice Blend1 3/4 cup chicken broth (99% fat free, low sodium)1/4 cup dry white wineSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, brown hamburger with garlic, pepper, celery, garlic, onion and mushrooms until no longer pink. Meanwhile bring rice, broth and wine to a boil in a seperate sauce pan. Cover and reduce heat, simmer for 50 min. If hamburger finishes before rice, cover and remove from heat. Add rice to hamburger mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
