*Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Prep the rice as usual. While it is cooking, saute the onions and thaw the spinach. After the rice is done add the marinara sauce and stir until the rice absorbs it. Add in the beans, onion, and spinach, and heat until it reaches a desired temperature.
