Ingredients
egg roll skins, cabbage, spinach, soy sauce, carrot, oil (smart balance) for frying
Directions
saute all vegetable and soy sauce in a pan. distribute mixture onto egg roll skins and roll egg rolls (seal with water). Heat oil in shallow pan and brown egg roll skins on all sides.
