Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
4 cups blueberries1 tbsp cornstarch1 tsp cinnamon1.5 cups flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt1 egg plus 1 egg white1 tbsp vegetable oil3/4 cup milk
Directions
Toss fresh blueberries with 1 tbsp of the flour and sugar and add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and cinnamon. Put in 8 by 8 pyrex pan. Mix remaining flour and sugar together. Add salt and baking powder.

In separate bowl, beat egg and egg white, add oil and milk and mix into dry in ingredients. Pour over blueberry mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
