L.R. firecracker casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground venison1 cup chopped onion2 cups cooked black beans, rinced and drained1 T. chili powder1 T. cumin1 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. salt4-7" whole wheat tortillas1 can Campbell's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup2 cups diced tomatoes and chilies, undrained1 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
In a skillet, cook the venison and onion until done. Add beans and seasonings. Stir well and place into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Top with tortillas, tearing them to fit over top. Whisk together soup and tomatoes and pour over tortillas. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 12 servings.
